not be able to purchase e-tickets for travel on a desired date since some
cutoffs periods may apply. If the date you want is not listed and you plan
to travel in the near future, please buy your ticket directly from our
driver or an agent. If you are planning a trip in the distant future, return
to this website closer to your departure and try again. You MUST TRAVEL
ON THE DATE SELECTED, so only pick a date that fits with your travel
requirements. Passenger types establish multiple pricing structures for our services.
Please be sure to carefully read any restrictions associated with
a passenger type to make sure you qualify. Our drivers may request
to see proof of age, disability, study, etc. noted in the passenger type
description. Failure to present these credentials may require you
to forfeit your e-ticket and purchase a walk up ticket. What is the outward journey date?
This is the date that you intend to redeem your e-ticket or exchange
your voucher for a commuter ticket book, pass, etc. Please note that this
date is non-transferable.

and you will be presented with the range of fares available to you during
the purchase process. Worldpay is our trusted and secure on-line payment processor and part of The Royal Bank of
Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world. In an age where protecting on-line
credit card information is so critical, we have made a strategic decision to team up with Worldpay. Near the end of an on-line purchase from our website, your browser will be redirected to the secure Worldpay website, which will collect and process your credit card information. Can I purchase my tickets in another currency other than US Dollar?
Yes you can. All tickets can be purchased in other currencies including Euro and Canadian Dollar at stage 4 (Worldpay) of the buying process. When / where do your services operate?

You can enter an origin State/Province and City into the Scheduled Services
box to see all available destinations. Selecting a destination will lead
you to timetable, fare and other pertinent information. Note that not
all services are available for online purchase. What if I require a wheelchair accessible bus?
We comply with all ADA regulations. A 48-hour notice is required
for wheelchair accessible vehicles. Purchasing a handicapped ticket (where
available) will not automatically guarantee a wheelchair accessible
bus. You must contact your local company to make arrangements. When you make your purchase you may be issued with:
Payment for Coach USA services can be made using most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Once you have completed your order you will be taken to the Worldpay
page to make payment. Enter the necessary details and make your payment. I had problems with my payment, what should I do?
Please check your email address for the Worldpay confirmation email
and Coach USA purchase email. If you have received both of these then
your transaction was successful. If however you do not receive either
of these within an hour or so of your transaction then please contact us.
After completing your payment you will be sent an email from both
Worldpay and from Coach USA. These emails will confirm full details of the transaction. Can I cancel and/or get a refund?
Unfortunately online purchases are generally non-transferable and
non-refundable. Please contact your local company for details. What do I give the driver or ticket agent?
You may either need to exchange your confirmation e-mail for a real ticket, or board the bus directly using the e-mail.
